Since 2013, Manzano's has been DeLand's home for serious sandwiches. We start with fresh New York bread and the finest Boar's Head meats and cheeses, then build every order by hand — no shortcuts, no pre-made trays.

Can I call ahead and pick up?
Yes — call (386) 624-6990 during open hours (Tue–Sat, 11AM–2PM) and we'll have your order ready. It's the easiest way to skip the lunch-rush wait.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
We can build most cold subs as a salad bowl (no bread) — a solid gluten-free workaround. Veggie favorites include the Vitamitavegamin, Three Cheese Caprese, and the Caprese salad. Tap Veggie in the menu filter to see them all.
How far in advance do you need a catering order?
At least 48 hours' notice for catering — bigger orders and specialties (Manzano chicken, Asian marinated salmon, lasagna) need a little more. Use the request form or call us; for evening/weekend planning, text us.
Why are you only open Tuesday through Saturday, 11–2?
It's how we keep quality up. Everything is made fresh that morning, hand-built to order — bread from New York, Boar's Head meats sliced when you call. A short lunch window means nothing sits.
Where do I park?
We're at 120A N. Woodland Blvd. in downtown DeLand. Street parking out front, plus public lots within a block on either side. Open in Google Maps.
Do you deliver?
Not for everyday orders — call-ahead pickup is fast (most orders ready in about ten minutes). For catering, we'll deliver throughout DeLand and the surrounding areas; call to coordinate.
